We made a trip to Manti a few weeks ago. Abe's mom Connie passed away. We love her and will miss her. It was good to see our family and spend time with them.

BEST CHEESCAKE!
GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST
4 tbls. melted butter
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
(trader joes brand of graham cracker
works best)
3 tlbs. sugar
CREAM CHEESE FILLING
3 packages of cream cheese at room temp.
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
3 large eggs + 1 yolk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
-stir together crust ingredients
-press into 10 in spring form pan
-bake at 350 degrees for 5-6 mins
-with an electric mixer mix cream
cheese and sugar untill fluffy.
-add sour cream, eggs (one at a time)
and vanilla
pour into crust and bake for 10 mins at 350
then turn down oven to 325 and bake for 35 mins
then turn oven off and open door but leave in for
another 35 mins- then take out and let cool
ITS PERFECT!

That is so crazy. Tell Abe I'm sorry. You were just up here to see her. Wow it is amazing how life works. You said that when you were here it was a really good viset. It's crazy cause when you came didn't you say it was a spare of the moment decition. Maybe you were suppost to come and have that viset. Miss you guys.
