BEST CHEESCAKE!
GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST
4 tbls. melted butter
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
(trader joes brand of graham cracker
works best)
3 tlbs. sugar
CREAM CHEESE FILLING
3 packages of cream cheese at room temp.
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
3 large eggs + 1 yolk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
-stir together crust ingredients
-press into 10 in spring form pan
-bake at 350 degrees for 5-6 mins
-with an electric mixer mix cream
cheese and sugar untill fluffy.
-add sour cream, eggs (one at a time)
and vanilla
pour into crust and bake for 10 mins at 350
then turn down oven to 325 and bake for 35 mins
then turn oven off and open door but leave in for
another 35 mins- then take out and let cool
ITS PERFECT!

hahaha I love these Jib Jab videos you post! They are so funny! I laughed so hard seeing little Noah as Dracula.. he's so cute :) Can't wait to meet him!
