The Girls and their room...

These are our adorable children and their skinny jeans!!! I found these awesome jeans that are really stretch pants! This is a big discovery for me. It is hard enough for me to get Noelle to wear pants at all and real jeans- forget it.  The first thing Noelle does when she gets in the house is take her pants off, (she won't wear shoes either, and she has been called No-pants-Noelle).  I keep telling her that she has to get used to wearing pants because when she goes to preschool next year they will be mandetory...ALL day!  She has a belly (as all three year olds do) and I try to get her to wear real jeans( we have tried every size and shape...) but what am I to do when she is in tears and the jeans are digging to her stomach so deep I have to search for the button to relieve her pain! I am going back to the store and buying stretchy pant-jeans in every size so she will have them for years to come.

If you call Chloe 's name she will turn around and say "what?" The funny thing is she can't say the Wh- in What, so it sounds like "but?" She has many different inflections on the word and it can be so obvious what she is thinking by the way she says it.  There is the bored "but?" followed by a sigh. The exhasperated "but?" that gets louder at the end.  The trying to be funny "but?" that is accompanied by a short head nod and an upturned palm. She is like a little teenager! She is a very affectionate, follow me around the house, little love.  She is really funny and copies everything Noelle does.  If Noelle is laying on the floor with her hands behind her head (which she does a lot), Chloe will lay right next to her and then look over to check how her hands should be and then she follows suit and places her hands behind her tiny head too.

I told Noelle there was candy in the camera! hahaha She love candy and often asks me if she can have icecream for lunch and dessert after every meal even breakfast.

Pumpkins!!!

The Pumpkin Patch!!!

We told Noelle she was a good driver (to make her feel good!) and she said "but I kept driving strait into the HAY!!!"

This was seriously the best pumpkin patch we have ever been to!

Noelle won a sword by catching a fish with a fishing pole all by herself!

Daddy won Chloe a NEMO!!!
Abe and I had fun too!

Noelle and Chloe picked out their own pumpkins!!!

Chloe was a little nervous around all the huge animals but Noelle helped her out and showed her that everything was alright! Parents were not allowed in!
Then we carved pumpkins...which is not as fun as it sounds..it is messy, the kids drew on theirs but then couldnt help very much and it is HARD work to carve a pumpkin!
Making pumpkin cookies with cream cheese frosting was SO much fun...Noelle and Chloe can almost do everything themselves...and they were delicious!!!

And the Kitchen

Before....

And After.... a whole lot of work, but before the backsplash, base trim, handles, some electrical, molding around the window, mosaic for the bar, cabinet for above the fridge and enclosing the fridge...

1-2-3 T-BALL!!!

Noelle did T-ball this last season with her friend Aubree!

When Noelle would be up the other mothers would tell their kids in the outfield to "back up, because Noelle is up to bat and she hits home runs!"

She kept telling me she can catch the ball but she has to"Keep her eyes on the ball"

This little boy could not see cuz his hat kept falling down and Noelle kept fixing it for him!

Chloe really wanted to play so
Noelle taught Chloe her little "hands in the middle, 123 T-ball!" cheer. When they are sitting in their carseats Noelle reaches out her hand and says" Chloe put your hand on top of my hand" and then together they shout "1,2,3, T-BALL!!!" It is really cute, Chloe can say all the words but her t-ball sounds more like B-ball! haha

A day at the beach

My mom got a new camera so she can take good pictures to paint from- since I am her only willing and available model (poor thing) it inspired a Gardner family photo shoot at the beach! Here are some of my favorites!
