UTAH!!!

On the spur of the moment the girls and I decided to go with Abe to Utah. We left at 8pm at night and did not do the math of how long it would take until we were on the road! We realized we only had 3 hours to stop, so we got a hotel in Mesquite and rested for a couple hours then we had to keep on going! It was a fun trip- We got to see our friends, and family all across the state. When we go to Utah we have to stop in St. George to see Bobi, there are three sisters and lots of nieces and nephews in Provo, we go north of salt lake to see Alice, then to Logan to see Janelle and Abe's mom and finally we have to stop in Manti to see Abes parents! Needless to say it was a busy trip! Noelle had so much fun with Wade Ogden, her little boyfriend, they went to the bounce house and he picked her flowers at the park! Then in Logan the girls got to feed horses and play on the zip line with their cousins! In manti, we picked fresh fruit and veggies, and got to spend some quality time with Grandma and Grandpa Gardner (and the puppies)!!! Then we stoped in Zions Park on the way home and I hit up the outlets with Bobi! It must have worn me out because I ended up in the emergency room the morning we got home! Don't worry I am fine!

The ZOO!

We went to the Orange County Zoo! It was great, it only cost 2 dollars each and the kids were free! We saw bears and beavers, coyotes and goats and a mountain lion. We were closer to the bears as we have ever been , the trainer was feeding them right in front of us! One of the bears was perched in the very tip top of a tree, it was crazy! Outside the zoo is a great park and a place to rent paddle boats and do pony rides, you can even camp there ( if you feel so inclined)!

For no apparent reason at all Noelle has started to talk with a southern accent! It is halarious! We have no idea how it started or why but listen, it is so crazy! Noelle the southern Belle!

FIRSTS at DISNEYLAND!!!!

Today we went to Disneyland for the second time since the blockout days of summer! Noelle went on her first ROLLER COASTER! I don't know if anyone has ever been on the roller coaster in Toon Town, but it is a DOOSEY!!! Noelle Loved it. She is a little dare devil and it didn't scare her at all! Chloe had her first lollypop! A big hit- let me tell you! She cried when I took it away!

For Time and all Eternity!

" Dani got MAWEED to Matthew!" Dani got married on Saturday the 16th of August. It was a beautiful sealing. Dani looked GORGEOUS and Matthew had a hard time keeping back the tears! SO SWEET!!! I woke up at 4:15am to feed Chloe, then Noelle woke up and I had to go to do Dani's make-up at 6:30 am, so I did not get back to sleep. Dani did not seem nervous at all, Shellie was doing her hair and she got less sleep then I did, so we were all a little loopy! I raced home to get the girls ready, Chloe pooped in the bath (for the first time) which ment it took longer than expected, but we made it. The Sealer did a beautiful job and it was perfect! Then it was time for pictures and the PARTY! It was fun and it marked the end of a very very busy but amazing week!Congratulations WE LOVE YOU TWO!!

Dani's Wedding

We did it!!!!!

The ENTIRE Gardner family sure knows how to party! We had such a fun week leading up to Dani's wedding! We had Abe's sister Bobi and her family stay with us Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Noelle and Chloe had so much fun with Bobi's girls (Sydney, Gracie, and Cora). We went to the beach almost every day, because Abe's sister Alice and her family (Dale, Jadie, Ramon, Markie, Ramiro, and Gabe) and Dedee and her kids (Rebecca, Emily, Brian and Ben) were all in town. We got pizza one night and we went to dinner minus the kids one night. There was so much going on everyday and we had so many people staying here, that there was a lot to keep track of! Thursday was the family reunion and we spent the day at the beach, all 40 of us, and Abe gave surfing lessons while we all worked on keeping the kids in one spot! Then we came up to our house, for a BBQ!!! We had sooooooo much fun! It was Abe's dads 75th birthday (Aaron and Karen also share the same birthday) So we shared memories of him and all sang the famous HOKEY POKEY song (sorry to our neighbors, but it was awsome) That night Janelle came to stay with us and her boys (Wyatt and Gherett) and Alaines son Josh came as well. Bobi stayed with us that night and it was definately a full house. Noelle would wake up and be soo excited that all her friends were at her house, some of them even on her floor!! Saturday was Dani's Wedding!!! and on Sunday Janelle and her boys and Josh came to church with us. Janelle cooked us a fabulous dinner ( I was so greatful for a break) and then we played Settlers. More to follow on the wedding and Tyler coming home from Jerusalem!!
